Bio
Christine co-teaches and supervises the Refugee and Human Rights Clinic at UC Law SF. Previously, she worked at New York Lawyers for the Public Interest (NYLPI) as a Staff Attorney in the Health Justice Program where she founded a program to provide immigration services to undocumented and uninsured New Yorkers with serious healthcare needs. Prior to her time at NYLPI, Christine was a Kirkland & Ellis New York City Public Service Fellow at African Services Committee and represented primarily African clients seeking immigration relief. Christine earned her B.A. from Stanford ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ and her J.D. from New York ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ School of Law, where she was an International Institute for Law and Justice Scholar and recipient of the Ann Petluck Poses Memorial Prize for outstanding work in a clinical course. Christine speaks conversational French and Spanish.
