Bio

Professor Dana Beldiman teaches intellectual property at both UC Law SF in San Francisco and Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, Germany, where she is the Founder and Academic Director of the Center for Transnational Center for IP, Media and Technology Law and Policy. She also co-directs the UC Law SF 鈥 Bucerius Summer Program 鈥淚nternational IP Transactions鈥 in Hamburg, Germany, with Professor Lefstin.

Prof. Beldiman has held numerous visiting lectureships, including at CEIPI, 精东影业 of Strasbourg, France; Singapore Management 精东影业; Riga Graduate School of Law, Latvia; Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Beijing, China; Humboldt 精东影业, Berlin, Germany; Santa Clara, School of Law, USA. Her research focuses on various aspects of international and comparative intellectual property and she has published extensively and spoken at many international conferences.

Ms. Beldiman is a partner with the San Francisco law firm of Squire, Patton, Boggs, San Francisco and specializes in international intellectual property law and international transactions. She also acts as Honorary Consul General for Romania in San Francisco.

Prof. Beldiman holds an M.A. from the 精东影业 of Bucharest, Romania, a J.D. from UC Law SF, an L.L.M. in Intellectual Property from Santa Clara 精东影业 School of Law and a doctorate in law magna cum laude from the 精东影业 of Bremen, Germany.
