Bio

June Sakamoto is the Dean of Enrollment Management where she oversees Financial Aid and ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ for the JD, MSL, LLM, and CSL programs. June is a member of the Chancellor & Dean’s Key Issues team, was the Co-Chair of the ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ Cohesion Subcommittee for the 2020 Strategic Plan, and is a standing member of the Faculty ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ Policy Committee.

June is a proud native of San Francisco. Prior to joining the team at UC Law SF, June was an attorney in the Los Angeles and Tokyo offices of the New York-based law firm, Milbank, as well as the Director of a law program in Tokyo. June earned her JD from the Georgetown ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ Law Center and her BA from the ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ of California at Berkeley, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
