(B.A., J.D., ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ of California, Berkeley) is an Adjunct Professor at UC Law SF, where she teaches at the intersection of law, technology, and innovation. She is the CEO of , an AI-powered contract certification platform that accelerates revenue and eliminates friction by certifying contracts as fair, balanced, and market-ready. A serial CEO and experienced legal tech executive, she previously led a company through a successful acquisition by LexisNexis.
Professor Mack is also a , and the Generative AI Editor at the MIT Computational Law Report. She has been recognized as a Silicon Valley Woman of Influence, an ABA Woman in Legal Tech, and a six-time TEDx speaker. At UC Law SF, she brings a practitioner’s lens to the classroom, drawing on her extensive background as an award-winning general counsel, startup advisor, and public speaker.
