Bio
Randall Farrimond is the principal of Farrimond Law Offices, a litigation firm focusing upon technology, media, individual rights, debtor and creditor rights, and intellectual property litigation. Before forming Farrimond Law Offices, Mr. Farrimond practiced litigation in these areas as a partner at Lillick & Charles (now Nixon, Peabody), where he was a member of the firm’s Management Committee, and as a partner at Steinhart & Falconer (now DLA Piper). Mr. Farrimond has tried numerous cases in both state and federal courts in California and throughout the United States.
Professor Farrimond earned his J.D. from Stanford ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ, an M.S.in mathematics from the ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ of California, Berkeley, and a B.S. in mathematics and a B.A. in philosophy from his home state school, the ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ of Oklahoma. In addition to teaching at Hastings for over 20 years, he has been a member of the faculty for the trial advocacy programs at Stanford ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ and at the ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ of San Francisco.
