Bio
Professor Henderson鈥檚 research and scholarship focuses on the interplay between emerging technologies and the law. He is the Shashi and Dipanjan 鈥淒J鈥 Deb Faculty Scholar, and currently serves as senior research fellow in the law school鈥檚 Center for Innovation, as well as in the AI Law & Innovation Institute.
Prior to joining the law school, Professor Henderson served as general counsel of and advisor to hypergrowth technology companies; litigated complex commercial and white-collar matters in large law firms; and spent two years clerking on the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. His scholarship has been cited in state and federal opinions, as well as in briefs to state high courts and to the Supreme Court of the United States.
